Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Your House Fairies has
established operational procedures to reflect this situation.

If any of our technicians have flu-like symptoms or are in contact with anyone with similar symptoms or who have been diagnosed with COVID, they have been instructed to stay home. We will provide them will full sick leave so there is no motivation to come to work sick.
Your cleaning technician will sanitize their hands before entering your home.
We will only be involving 2 or more technicians when we are training, doing empty move-in/outs, or are at homes where we are required to wear masks. This structure is an extra step we are taking to help keep you and your family safe.
Let us know what you need = Let your technician know if you would like her to wear a mask while in your home. Call the office with any other requests.
Cancel if sick – Please cancel your cleaning appointment (cancellation fees waived) if you or a family member is: 1) experiencing flu-like symptoms, 2) has tested positive for COVID19, 3) is self-isolating due to contact with a COVID19 person.
If you have any trepidation or fear related to us being in your home, we will gladly save your spot and freeze your price for up to 60 days.
Our employees are very important to us, and we are very serious about keeping them safe, so they do not use ladders more than 3 steps high or move anything heavier than 35 lbs. These types of activities put our employees in danger of back injury. If you would like us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator, oven or sofa, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area. For all special requests, simply give us a call to properly arrange for your needs to be handled properly. Due to health risks we cannot clean up after blood, vomit, feces, or clean out litter boxes. We will also not clean while pest control spray is fresh. We require a safe working environment, including people, property, and pets.
